• How long does an order take to be processed and shipped ? 

The products are categorized into two types, made to order and ready to wear, each product is disclaimed between the two types.

Made to order:

Please expect the order to  take 7-21 working  days to be fulfilled, since placed order. 

Ready to wear:

Please expect the order to take 3-7 working days to be fulfilled, since placed order. 

• Shipping:

Local shipping is at standard rate of R90

In the event you have entered the wrong address, unfortunately we are not liable for the mishap, however we can look into how to retrieve your package, but not a refund. Please note, we cannot guarantee the retrieval of the item. 

• The item arrived damaged, dirty, stained, has construction/finshing faults or the wrong size. 

We can guarantee a full refund for the product should you no longer wish to purchase the item. 

Should you wish to replace the item, unfortunately, the disclaimed await for the item/s remains the same, to avoid mistakes during production.
